Sample label Samples From Mars have released a sample library called Viscount From Mars which features samples from an incredibly rare Italian drum machine, the Viscount R64. With, according to some reports, less than ten working units in existence worldwide, this is a great chance to play a virtual version of what the developers describe as “an impossibly fun drum machine that simply bleeds Italo disco, yet remains totally useable for modern genres as well”.
