Lewitt Enter The Audio Interface Market

Premium microphone manufacturer Lewitt has entered the audio interface market with the release of their Connect 6 product. Connect 6 is aimed at musicians, podcasters, streamers and other digital creatives and allows them to fully integrate their mobile devices into their audio setup. The dual USB-C interface contains two studio-grade preamps with 48V phantom-powered XLR/Line combo jacks, output for portable speakers and studio monitors and two stereo headphone outputs.

The interface contains in-built DSP effects, freeing up precious CPU cycles, which Lewitt claim add zero latency to the audio chain. The supplied Lewitt Control Center software enables easy loopback, routing and mixing and provides the facility to create independent headphone mixes.

For more information see the product page on the Lewitt website: https://www.lewitt-audio.com/connect-6

We should also add that Pro Tools creator Avid has been teasing what looks to be a new audio interface too. We expect an announcement in the coming days.
